Returns and Exchange Policy


I truly want you to love your Ambivalent Workshop purchase, but if for some strange reason it turns out that you don’t love your new handmade, one of a kind, tiny sculpture — or maybe you were not in your right mind when you purchased it, and you don’t actually love tiny, handmade objects — then you can return or exchange (minus the cost of shipping) for a similar item within 7 days after arrival. Full refunds or exchanges cannot be offered after 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (i.e.: not damaged or missing parts). It must also be in its original packaging.

In order to initiate a return, please send an email to for instructions on packaging and shipping. Returns cannot be accepted without requesting and following sent instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected you’ll get an notification email that the item has been received and an update on approval/rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed less shipping (see below) and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

Please check your PayPal/bank account for the status of your refund. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 7 days after notification that your returned item has been received, please contact:

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunds.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is strongly recommended. I can’t offer refunds if I don’t receive your returned items!

Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged, please reach out to for help! It is your responsibility to check for damage and notify me within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged item, as well as the box and shipping label.

Unfortunately, damaged orders cannot be replaced/refunded if it has been more than 7 days after delivery.
